Workshop + Lecture, Hasselt (B), (March 23rd)

HNJ will start the scheduled workshop entitled "No Man's Water" on March 09th 2010 at 12.00 The students will be asked to develop an architectural strategy for The Piran Bay Dispute between Croatia and Slovenia. Subsequently HNJ will hold a public lecture at the school at 18.00.

njiric+ will exhibit the project Kindergarten MB at the Mies van der Rohe 2009 Award in Paris. Exhibition opening on February 02nd 2010 at Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine - Paris. Exhibition will remain open until March 14th 2010.

Hrvoje Njiric will pursue his regular annual appointment at the ETSAM Madrid already in January 2010. Following up the success of the last year's theme "Tower of Babel", this 5th edition of Master in Collective Housing course is concentrated on the VLFS (very large floating structures). The post-graduates will have to find out solutions for the site in Benidorm (Spain). HNJ will deliver two public lectures, entitled "Immediate Futures" at the ETSAM on Monday, January 18th 2010 at 16.00 and at the UEM on Tuesday, January 19th at 12.00.

4 out of 5 projects were selected for the show by the comissioner Hans Ibelings. The exhibition is followed by the opening of the zg-09 pavilion, designed by njiric+ as the winners of the Grand Prix at the 41.Zagreb Salon (October 01st-25th 2009).
